If we provided you with a username login and password, and you access our site to search or make an inquiry, it is considered to be active use of our service.

You can cancel your membership at any time after your purchase of a  membership. To cancel your membership after login into your account click the My ACCOUNT link.  Under My Memberships click the cancel button and complete the form.  You will be asked for a reason for cancelling. Click the Yes, cancel my account button to complete your cancellation of HotelTravelClub.com.

Refunds will only be offered in the event a search has not been made and no rate inquiries are made or requested.

You will not be automatically billed by our payment processor on your membership once you cancel.

Once you are billed and you use the service, we cannot offer a refund.

Once you have subscribed and logged in to the website you form part of our Closed User Group. We are then able to show you the discounted travel products. It goes against the ethos of offering discounted travel prices to refund the subscription fees. Thus, once you have subscribed we do not offer any refunds. However, this is rarely a problem.
